Objective: Youth creative self-actualization assistance in the

front-line soldier, writer and journalist David Zolotov (David Yochimowitz).

Authors from 12 till 25 can take
part in the competition.
4. Terms of the
competition.
The works are to be written on
the subject 'The Sixtieth Anniversary of the
Great
Victory'.
The following nominations are
presented:
1. 'Prose' (short story,
narrative)
2. 'Drama' (play, film script)
3. 'Poetry' (poem, series of
poems)
4. 'Journalistic Prose'
(interview, article, essay)
Applications for the competition
are accepted from 2005 February, 15 till 2005
March, 31 to the address:

The fact of the author's filing to the competition denotes the author's
agreement to put the work into Mass Media (the Internet, press, radio and
television) and deprives of the right to demand any royalties. The works are
not either reviewed or given back.
5. Works' lay-out
requirements.
The size of works accepted for the competition should not be more than
25 pages with the twelfth size of type.
The accompanying information
should contain:
•══ Author's first name, last
name, father's name, address and telephone number;
•══ The name of an educational institution,
faculty and a year of study;
•══ Nomination:
•══ Genre;
•══ The title of the work.
6. Competition
conducting order.
The competition is held in two
stages:
•══ Elimination stage (from March, 10 till
March, 31)
(the
period when the works are accepted is extended till 2005 April, 30)
•══ Final (2005 May, 21).
The works are selected by a
professional jury, which consists of the leading journalists and literary men
of Novosibirsk
region. The jury chooses the most noteworthy
works. The authors of these works become the participants of the final. The laureates of the first, second and
third degree are defined among the finalists. The jury
has a right not to award the participants with the title of laureates in each
nomination when there are no works of a satisfactory level.
7. Competition
financing.
Financing of the competition is
possible thanks to the founders and philanthropists.
8. Rewarding.
Participants of the elimination
stage, who do not reach the final get the
diploma of the competition participants. Authors of the best
works get the title
of laureates and a presentation of a due diploma and a prize.
The date, time and place of the
ceremony will be declared later.
